Orders & Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of placing your order.
Shipping Within Canada
For all orders, we ship using either Canada Post or UPS. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before tax). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping time may vary depending on location.
Lost & Damaged Orders
By placing an order with NICHE Boutique, you understand that we are not responsible for delays or loss of items by our shipping providers, Canada Post and UPS. NICHE Boutique is not held liable for items once they are shipped to your requested address.
We DO understand that accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo.
Shipping Timelines
Canada: Approximately 1-3 days within Ontario and up to approximately 7 days nationally.
Order Tracking
All orders receive automatic package tracking. When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. Please ensure your email and phone number are provided at checkout.
Additions or Cancellations
If you have forgotten to add something to your order or need to make a change, please email us right away at [email protected] and we will take care of it for you.
Also, if you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 24 hours by email so we can cancel it for you before it is shipped. Once package is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
